摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略,而人才振兴是乡村振兴战略得以实施的关键因素。随着2020年我国全面脱贫完美收官,2022年仍然是乡村振兴的关键一年,在乡村振兴这一新的时代背景下,人才振兴更为关键,该文先深入挖掘乡村知识分子储备贫乏的原因,继而从开发脑矿、探求真知、为人民谋福利及报国之志这几个方面,来阐述新时代背景下人才培养的路径。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and the revitalization of talents is the key factor for the implementation of the strategy.With the complete end of poverty alleviation in 2020,the year 2022 is still a key year for rural revitalization.In the context of the new era of rural revitalization,the revitalization of talents is more critical.This paper first excavates the reasons for the poor reserve of rural intellectuals,and then expounds the path of talent training in the new era from the aspects of developing brain minerals,seeking true knowledge,working for the welfare of the people and the ambition to serve the country.
