乡村振兴背景下农村人居环境整治问题研究——以临泉县袁庄村为例

摘　　要：自党的十九大提出乡村振兴这一重大战略后,对于农村人居环境的整治问题也迫在眉尖。不断推动和改善农村人居环境具有重要历史意义,同时也是精准扶贫的重要内容。在实现农村人居环境整治目标的道路上,必须准确了解农村人居环境的现状及存在的相关问题。该文主要以临泉县袁庄村为例,通过分析临泉县袁庄村人居环境现存的问题,基于乡村振兴背景来解读农村人居环境整治问题,探究人居环境整治路径,以提高农村广大农民的幸福指数。Since the 19th CPC National Congress put forward the important strategy of rural revitalization,the renovation of rural human settlements is also a matter of great urgency.Continuously promoting and improving the rural living environment is of great historical significance,and it is also an important part of accurate poverty alleviation.On the way to achieve the goal of the renovation of rural human settlements,we must accurately understand the current situation of rural human settlements and related problems.This paper analyzes the existing problems of population in Yuanzhuang Village of Linquan County,interprets the renovation of rural human settlements in the context of rural revitalization,and explores the ways of improving human settlements,in order to improve the happiness index of rural farmers.
