九生散治疗应激性溃疡出血患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察九生散鼻饲灌胃治疗应激性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月—2022年1月期间中国中医科学院广安门医院ICU收治的87例应激性溃疡出血的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组45例和对照组42例。观察组在常规西药治疗基础上给予九生散灌胃治疗;对照组在常规西药治疗基础上给予冰盐水灌胃治疗。治疗3 d后,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效,实验室指标检查[血红蛋白含量(Hemoglobin,HGB)、红细胞(Red blood cells,RBC)、红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HCT)]及不良反应情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率88.89%(40/45)明显高于对照组85.71%(36/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组HGB水平降低幅度不明显,治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对应激性溃疡出血患者使用九生散治疗具有良好的临床疗效且安全性较好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nasal gavage with Jiusheng Powder on stress ulcer bleeding.Methods From November 2019 to January 2022,87 patients with stress ulcer bleeding admitted to the ICU of Guang′anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were selected and assigned into an observation group(n=45)and a control group(n=42)by random number table method.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group received gavage with Jiusheng Powderand the control group with ice saline.The clinical efficacy,hemoglobin(HGB),red blood cell count(RBC),hematocrit(HCT),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment for 3 days.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%(40/45),which was higher than that[85.71%(36/42)]of the control group(P<0.05).The HGB of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiusheng Powder has good efficacy and safety in the clinical treatment of stress ulcer bleeding.
