地方高校外语教师信息素养现状与提升研究

摘　　要：教育信息化时代,信息素养已成为高校外语教师专业发展和学习能力的重要前提之一。笔者通过实证研究,调查了河南省豫西地区5所地方高校外语教师的信息素养现状,了解其对信息素养提升的意愿及具体需求。结合调查结果分析影响地方高校外语教师参加信息素养培训的因素,进而提出提升外语教师信息素养培训效果的方法和建议。In the era of educational informatization, information literacy has become one of the important prerequisites for the professional development and life-long learning ability of foreign language teachers in universities. Through empirical research, the author investigated the current situation of information literacy of foreign language teachers in five local universities in western Henan province, and understood their willingness and specific needs for information literacy improvement. Combined with the survey results, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting foreign language teachers in local universities to participate in information literacy training, and then gives specific methods and suggestions to improve the effect of foreign language teachers′ information literacy training.
