摘 要:随着城市化和城市地铁建设的蓬勃发展,城市地铁建设所遇到的问题也越来越多。其中,地铁盾构掘进遇桥梁桩基阻碍即是一个典型的问题,而桩基托换则是处理此类工程问题的一种技术手段。该文围绕盾构下穿既有桥梁与桩基交叉冲突问题,采用门架式桩基托换结构对侵入隧道桩基进行托换处理,通过数值模拟论证研究该托换方案,以盾构隧道穿越桥梁桩基实际工程为背景,给出门架式桩基托换结构及施工工艺;建立托换前后桥梁数值模型,对比托换前后桥梁受力以及变形规律,论证门架式桩基托换结构具有较好的稳定性及安全性。With the development of urbanization and urban subway construction, many problems are encountered in urban subway construction. Among them, the subway shield tunneling encounters the bridge pile foundation obstacle is a typical problem, and the pile foundation underpinning is a technical means to deal with such engineering problems. This paper focuses on the cross-conflict between the existing bridge and the pile foundation when shield tunneling underneath. The portal underpinning structure is used to underpinning the pile foundation of the tunnel. The underpinning scheme is studied by using numerical simulation. Based on the actual project of shield tunnel crossing bridge pile foundation, the underpinning structure and construction technology of portal pile foundation are given. The numerical model of the bridge before and after underpinning is established, and the stress and deformation laws of the bridge before and after underpinning are compared. It is demonstrated that the portal pile underpinning structure has good stability and safety.
