摘　　要：通过查阅国内外相关文献,从尊严及照护中尊严的概念发展、评估工具及现状出发,阐述了长期照护机构照护中尊严的实践进展。研究发现,长期照护机构照护中尊严缺乏来自所有照护相关方的关注与重视,且会受到老年人、工作人员、组织以及社会关系的多方面影响。建议通过提供以人为本的个性化照护、强化工作人员维护老年人尊严的意识与能力、完善老年服务体系建设及提升照护质量、提高全社会对照护中尊严的关注等举措促进长期照护机构内老年人尊严的维护与提升。Through reviewing domestic and foreign literatures, the practice development of dignity in care in long-term care facilities was illustrated by studying its conceptual development, assessment tools and current status. The results revealed insufficient dignity in care in long-term care facilities from all interests of care and can be influenced by a variety of factors including older people, staff, organizations and social relationships. It is recommended that the dignity of older people in long-term care facilities should be maintained and promoted through individualized and person-centered care, strengthening the awareness and capacity of staff, refining the construction of the geriatric service system and improving the quality of care, as well as raising the attention of dignity in care of the whole society.
