摘  要:本试验探讨了低磷日粮中添加不同量(600、900、1200 U/kg)耐高温植酸酶对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及胫骨质量的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,3个试验组的产蛋性能差异不显著。与对照组相比,900 U/kg组蛋壳厚度提高显著(P<0.05),600 U/kg组和1200 U/kg组蛋壳厚度差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,3个试验组蛋黄指数提高极显著(P<0.01),而哈氏单位仅900 U/kg组提高显著。与对照组相比,仅900 U/kg组胫骨重量提高显著(P<0.05),3个试验组胫骨长度和粗灰分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,900 U/kg组的钙含量和总磷含量提高极显著(P<0.01),其他2组提高不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲料中添加900 U/kg耐高温植酸酶能有效提高海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding different amounts of high temperature resistant phytase(600,900,1200 U/kg)on laying performance,egg quality and tibia quality of Hy-Line Brown laying hens in low phosphorus diet.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in laying performance of the three test groups.Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness of 900 U/kg group increased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 600 U/kg group and 1200 U/kg group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the egg yolk index of the three test groups increased significantly(P<0.01),while the Haugh unit increased significantly only in the 900 U/kg group.Compared with the control group,only the weight of tibia in the 900 U/kg group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the tibial length and crude ash content of the three test groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of calcium and total phosphorus in the 900 U/kg group increased significantly(P<0.01),while the other two groups didn′t increase significantly(P>0.05).To sum up,adding 900 U/kg high temperature resistant phytase to the feed could effectively improve the laying performance and egg quality of Hy-Line Brown laying hens.
