摘　　要：膜联蛋白A8(Annexin A8,ANXA8)是膜联蛋白A(Annexins A)家族中的重要成员之一,其可与磷脂的游离Ca^(2+)结合,具有抗凝、抑制磷脂酶A2及凝血酶原等活性。ANXA8可调节EGF受体的信号传导和转运,在维持晚期核内体的组织功能与免疫稳态中发挥一定作用。近年来研究显示,ANXA8在多种肿瘤中高表达,可作为促癌基因参与到肿瘤的发生发展中,有望成为一个癌症诊断、治疗及预后的潜在分子标志物。本文就近年来ANXA8的生物学功能及在肿瘤中的研究进展进行回顾和综述。ANXA8(Annexin A8)is an important member of Annexins A family,it can bind to the free Ca^(2+) of phospholipids and has anticoagulant activities against phospholipase A2 and prothrombin.ANXA8 regulates EGF receptor signaling and transport,also plays certain roles in maintaining tissue function of the late endosome and immune homeostasis.Recent studies have shown that ANXA8 is highly expressed in several tumors,which can be used as an oncogene to participate in the occurrence and development of tumors,and is expected to become a potential molecular marker for cancer diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.This article reviews the current biological functions of ANXA8 and its research progress in various tumors in recent years.
