摘　　要：人类微小病毒B19(human parvovirus B19,B19)与临床多种疾病密切相关,与血液病的相关性尤为显著。对B19感染与免疫性血小板减少症、纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血、急性白血病、淋巴瘤、溶血性贫血等血液系统疾病的相关性进行分析和研究将为此类疾病的诊疗提供理论依据。Human parvovirus B19(B19)is closely related to various clinical diseases,and the correlation with hematological diseases is particularly significant.Analysis and research on the infection of B19 with immune thrombocytopenic purpura,pure red cell aplasia,acute leukemia,lymphoma,hemolytic anemia and other hematological diseases will help provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
