摘　　要：随着经济社会发展和高等教育普及化,特别是近年来新冠疫情的影响,大学生就业竞争压力日益增加,大学生就业心理问题也更加凸显。探析大学生就业心理问题及成因,并对高校如何应对解决这些问题提出了建设性对策。With the economic and social development and the popularization of higher education,especially the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic in recent years,the employment competition pressure on college students has increased,as have the prominent employment pressure and employment psychological issues they encounter.This paper explores the psychological problems of college students in job-hunting and the factors that contribute to these problems.Proposes constructive countermeasures on how colleges and universities can address these problems from a variety of levels in order to effectively cope with the employment psychological problems of college students,so that they can be both actively and successfully employed.
