摘　　要：目的探讨电子计算机断层扫描(CT)引导下经皮穿刺微波消融术治疗周围型肺癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的50例周围型肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据临床治疗方案的不同将其分为化疗组(25例,常规GP化疗)和手术组(25例,CT引导下经皮穿刺微波消融术)。比较两组的临床疗效。结果手术组的治疗总有效率、健康状态优良率显著高于化疗组(P<0.05)。手术组的不良事件发生率及治疗后1年复发率均显著低于化疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后,手术组的生活质量评分显著高于化疗组(P<0.05)。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺微波消融术治疗周围型肺癌的临床效果显著,可提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of computed tomography(CT)-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into chemotherapy group(25 patients,conventional GP chemotherapy)and operation group(25 patients,CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation)according to different clinical treatment plans.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the excellent and good rate of health status in the operation group were significantly higher than those in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events and the recurrence rate of 1 year after treatment in the operation group were significantly lower than those in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the operation group was significantly higher than that in the chemotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of peripheral lung cancer has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
