摘　　要：目的:对某三甲医院普通病区护士进行医院感控工作认知调查分析,制定针对性干预措施。方法:随机对某三甲医院普通病区90名护士进行问卷调查并作统计学分析。问卷共分为基本信息、对医院感控工作重要性的认知态度、医院感控知识题目三个部分。结果:不同学历护士对医院感控工作重要性的认知态度存在一定差异(F值=10.47,P<0.05),本科及以上学历较专科学历护士在认知态度上相对积极(P<0.05),专科学历的护士以持中态度为主(3.23±0.83)。不同职称护士对医院感控工作重要性的认知态度存在统计学差异(F值=33.443,P<0.05),初级与中、高级职称两两比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05),初级职称的护士表示持中(3.04±0.56)。不同片区的护士对医院感控工作重要性的态度无显著差异(F值=0.205,P>0.05)。普通病区护士感控知识答题总体正确率为86.4%,不同类别的题目正确率存在统计学差异(χ2=46.652,P<0.05),其中多重耐药菌管理相关试题正确率最低(78.22%),医疗废物处置试题正确率最高(92.44%)。结论:普通病区护士对医院感控工作重视度及感控知识掌握较好。不同学历、职称的护士对医院感控工作重视度不同,对不同类别的感控知识掌握程度不同。医院管理部门应采取培训、考核、督查等干预措施,不断提高普通病区护士对医院感控工作的重视度,促进感控措施的有效落实。Objective:We conducted an investigation and analysis on the awareness of hospital infection control work among nurses in the general ward of a certain grade Atertiary hospital,and formulated targeted intervention measures.Methods:A random question⁃naire survey was conducted among 90 nurses in the general ward of acertain grade A tertiary hospital and a statistical analysis was car⁃ried out.The content of the questionnaire was divided into three parts:basic information,attitude towards the importance of hospital in⁃fection control work,and hospital infection control knowledge.Results:Nurses with different educational backgrounds had certain dif⁃ferences in their cognition and attitude towards the importance of hospital infection control work(F=10.47,P<0.05).Nurses with a bachelor’s degree or above had a relatively positive cognition attitude than those with a junior college degree(P<0.05).Nurses with a junior college degree were mainly in a moderate attitude(3.23±0.83).There were statistical differences in the cognitive attitudes of nurses with different professional titles to the importance of hospital infection control work(F=33.443,P<0.05).There was also a sta⁃tistical difference between junior and intermediate and senior professional titles(P<0.05),and nurses with junior professional titles in⁃dicated that they were in the middle(3.04±0.56).The attitudes of nurses in different areas to the importance of hospital infection con⁃trol work were similar(F=0.205,P>0.05).The overall correct rate of the nurses’infection control knowledge in general wards was 86.4%,and there were statistical differences in the correct rates of different categories of questions(χ2=46.652,P<0.05).Among them,the correct rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria management related questions was the lowest(78.22%),and the correct rate of medical waste disposal questions was the highest(92.44%).Conclusions:Nurses in general wards had a good grasp of the importance of hospital infection control work and the knowledge of infect
