人力资源结构、社会资本投入与地区TFP增长率--基于中国2009—2021年省级数据的经验研究

摘　　要：文章以内生经济增长理论为支撑,从人力资源结构与社会资本投入两个维度,运用SLM与SEM的空间计量方法,采用2009—2021年30个省(自治区、直辖市)面板数据,深入探究人力资源结构、社会资本投入对地区TFP增长率的影响效应。研究发现:人力资源结构、社会资本投入共同对地区TFP增长率产生了协同效应,且地区TFP增长率存在着正向空间溢出效应;人力资源结构、社会资本投入分别对地区TFP增长率的影响存在一个适度空间,呈现非线性关系;不同地区对人力资源结构、社会资本投入与地区TFP增长率产生了明显的异质效应。研究结论不仅为内生经济增长理论提供了经验支持,也为中国经济高质量发展的路径提供了有效的证据。Using SLM and SEM spatial econometric methods,this paper used panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions)from 2009 to 2021 to deeply explore the impact of human resource structure and social capital input on regional TFP growth rate.The results are as follows:Human resource structure and social capital input have syner-gistic effects on regional TFP growth rate,and there is a positive spatial spillover effect on regional TFP growth rate;Human resource structure and social capital input respectively have a moderate impact on regional TFP growth rate,showing a nonlinear relationship;Different regions have obvious heterogeneous effects on human resource structure,social capital input and regional TFP growth rate.The conclusion not only provides empirical support for endogenous economic growth theory,but also provides effective evidence for the path of high-quality economic development in China.
