摘　　要：为摸清“十二五”至“十三五”期间江西省制造业优势产业变迁,科学制定“十四五”江西省制造业发展对策,运用传统偏离份额分析法、动态偏离份额分析法等,对江西省2010—2019年制造业细分行业的产业结构和竞争力进行了定量分析。研究发现:“十三五”以来,江西占绝对优势地位的制造业细分行业不断减少,虽整体产业结构更优化,但竞争力反而变弱。根据分析结果,提出“十四五”时期江西要重点推动制造业高质量发展,重振传统制造产业优势,提升先进制造产业比例;从战略、战术、政策和区域多层面构建江西制造业提速提效增长极;从凝共识、聚重点、强技术、优布局等十大路径提升制造业数字化水平。In order to find out the changes of advantageous industries of manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province during the 12th Five Year Plan to the 13th five year plan and scientifically formulate the development countermeasures of manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province during the 14th five year plan,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the industrial structure and competitiveness of manufacturing sub industries in Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2019 by using the traditional deviation share analysis method and dynamic deviation share analysis method.It is found that since the 13th five year plan,the manufacturing industry segments in Jiangxi have been decreasing.Although the overall industrial structure is more optimized,the competitiveness becomes weaker.According to the analysis results,it is proposed that during the"14th five year plan"period,jiangxi should focus on promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,revitalizing the advantages of traditional manufacturing industry and increasing the proportion of advanced manufacturing industry;Construct the growth pole of Jiangxi’s manufacturing industry to speed up and improve efficiency from the strategic,tactical,policy and regional levels;Improve the digitization level of manufacturing industry from ten paths,such as consensus,focus,strong technology and excellent layout.
