摘 要:针对某烟草物流配送中心标准烟与细支烟共线分拣效率低下的问题,应用Flexsim软件建模仿真,运行结果表明,此共线分拣系统的瓶颈问题在于卧式分拣机设备利用率低和码垛包装机利用率达到上限。针对该问题,提出将卧式分拣机单口出烟改进为双口出烟分拣优化设计方案,且在此基础上对应增设一条卷烟分拣输送线。最后通过Flexsim仿真验证分析,证明改进后分拣线效率明显提高。通过在现场实际应用,该方案为公司创造了良好的经济效益。Aiming at the low efficiency of the joint line sorting of standard cigarettes and slim cigarettes in a tobacco logistics distribution center, we applied Flexsim software for modeling and simulation. The simulation result showed that the bottleneck of the joint line sorting system was the low utilization rate of the horizontal sorting machine and the up-to-limit utilization of the stacking and packing machine. In order to solve this problem, we proposed to change the single-outlet horizontal sorter into a double-outlet sorter and add a cigarette sorting transmission line. Finally, through Flexsim simulation, it was proved that the efficiency of the improved sorting line was significantly better than before. With practical application, the scheme has created good economic benefits for the company.
