摘  要:目的观察醋甲唑胺干预下尾悬吊模拟微重力大鼠的眼压及闪光视觉诱发电位的变化。方法选取SD大鼠32只,分为4组,分别给予单纯尾悬吊、悬吊联合0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃1次、悬吊联合醋甲唑胺灌胃1次或2次。在悬吊前及悬吊后1天、3天、7天、14天行眼压和视觉诱发电位(flash visual evoked potential,FVEP)检查,FVEP标记P_(1)波分析波幅及潜伏期。结果双倍药物组眼压在受试后较其他组出现明显下降(P<0.001)。在受试后第3天,双倍药物组眼压下降程度较其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014),并持续至实验结束。余各组无显著波动(P>0.05)。FVEP-P_(1)波幅显示双倍药物组在受试后出现P_(1)波幅的明显上升(P=0.042),其中在受试后第3天及第7天P_(1)波幅差异明显(P值分别为0.015、0.024)。其余各组P_(1)波幅均无显著变化(P均>0.05)。FVEP-P_(1)潜伏期分析显示各组大鼠间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论在模拟微重力状态下,醋甲唑胺干预会影响大鼠的眼压,同时对视神经的功能造成影响。Objective To observe the effects of acetazolamide on intraocular presssure and flash visual evoked potential(FVEP)in tail-suspended simulated microgravity rats.Methods Thirty-two healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were enrolled and randomly divided into four groups.A model of simulated microgravity environment was established in each rat tail suspension method.Except the control group,the other groups were intragastrically given normal saline and methazolamide saline solution one or twice a day after tail suspension.Intraocular pressure(IOP),latency and amplitude of P_(1) wave of FVEP were examined before,1 day after,3 days after,7 days after and 14 days after suspension under anesthesia.Results It was found that the double dose group showed a significant decrease in the IOP(P<0.001).It happened on the 3^(rd) day of the trail(P=0.014)and lasted until the end of the trail.There was no significant different in other groups.The amplitude of FVEP-P_(1) showed the double does group was increased significantly(P=0.042).It was happened on the 3^(rd) and 7^(th) day during the trail(P were 0.015,0.024).There was no significant change in FVEP-P_(1) wave latency in each group(all P>0.05).Conclusion The intervention of methazolamide could affect the IOP and the function of optic nerve simultaneously on rats under simulated microgravity condition.
