基于数据挖掘分析叶天士治疗咳嗽组方特点及用药规律

摘　　要：目的:从温病大家叶天士《临证指南医案·咳嗽》入手,探索挖掘其治疗咳嗽的组方特点、用药规律、基本理论及其学术思想,为临床治疗咳嗽提供新思路。方法:利用中医传承辅助系统对《临证指南医案·咳嗽》中的临床处方进行数据挖掘。通过收集叶天士所著临床医话,使用该软件集成的频次统计法、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析总结叶天士治疗咳嗽的经验。结果:通过整理分析《临证指南医案》的150首方剂,涉及中药150味,综合分析获得各中药使用频次、常用药对及潜在新组合,演化得到新方共12首。结论:基于中医传承辅助平台系统多角度分析,表明叶天士治疗咳嗽重视肺、脾、肾,处方以清肺热、滋肺阴、健脾胃、养胃阴为主要治则。Objective:To explores the prescription,characteristics medication rules,basic theories and academic thoughts for the treatment of cough,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of cough,based on the data of the clinical works of Ye Tianshi,a great master of warm diseases.Meanwhile,we can deepen our understanding by combining professor Wang Mianzhi′s approach to cough treatment.Methods:Data mining of clinical prescriptions in Clinical Guide Medical Records·Cough was carried out using the TCM inheritance assistance system.By collecting the clinical medical notes written by Ye Tianshi,the unsupervised data mining methods such as frequency statistics method,improved mutual information method and entropy clustering of complex systems were used to analyze and summarize Ye Tianshi′s experience in treating cough.Results:Through compiling and analyzing 150 prescriptions in the Clinical Guide Medical Records,involving 150 Chinese herbs,a comprehensive analysis was conducted to obtain the frequency of use,common pairs and potential new combinations of each herb,and a total of 12 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:Based on the multi-angle analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system,it is shown that Ye Tianshi′s treatment of cough emphasizes the lung,spleen and kidney,and the prescriptions are based on the main principles of clearing lung heat,nourishing lung yin,strengthening the spleen and stomach,and nourishing stomach yin.
