摘　　要：随着长株潭城市群一体化不断深入推进,智慧物流配送领域一体化的推进也将成为社会共识。立足于政府、物流服务供应者、物流配送服务需求者三方的协同一体化,基于长株潭城市群一体化智慧物流配送基础设施设备平台、一体化智慧物流配送运作管理平台、一体化智慧物流配送保障体系设计长株潭城市群一体化智慧物流运作模式,采用包括“传感—网络—应用”三个网络层次的长株潭城市群智慧物流配送技术体系架构,构建了长株潭城市群一体化智慧物流配送体系,并提出基于长株潭城市群一体化的智慧物流配送实施主要措施。With the integration of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration making continuous progress,the integration of the intelligent logistics distribution sector has also become a social consensus.Based on the coordination and integration of the government,logistics service providers,and customers to logistics distribution services,this paper first introduces the integrated intelligent logistics distribution infrastructure equipment platform,integrated intelligent logistics distribution operation management platform,and integrated intelligent logistics distribution support system of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,and then,based on the three,designs the intelligent logistics operation mode of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.Next,adopting the intelligent logistics distribution technological system architecture consisting of the three tiers of"sensor","network"and"application",it builds the integrated Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration intelligent logistics distribution system and puts forward the main measures for its implementation.
