摘　　要：为整合开发炎陵神农谷旅游资源,调整优化旅游小镇发展定位、旅游产业布局与结构,改造建筑风貌、维护生态景观,科学整合旅游产业要素,加快完善炎陵县旅游产业体系,全面提升旅游产业素质,增强产业实力和竞争力,综合发挥旅游产业功能。对炎陵县及神农谷区域发展背景进行实地调研,对神农谷康养小镇进行现状及市场分析,神农谷区域进行规划设计,探讨出神农谷康养小镇的发展路径。设计规划以神农谷山水风情为依托,以炎帝文化为特色,集文化互动体验、温泉康养度假、精品商业和户外休闲于一体的神农谷温泉康养小镇。This article is intended to develop and integrate Shennong valley tourism resources in Yanling county,adjust and optimize the development positioning of tourist towns,the layout and structure of the tourism industry,transform the architectural style and maintain the ecological landscape,scientifically integrate the elements of the tourism industry,speed up the improvement of the tourism industry system in Yanling county,comprehensively improve the quality of the tourism industry to enhance its strength and competitiveness,and give full play to the functions of the tourism industry.It conducts field research on the development background of Yanling county and Shennong valley area,analyzes the current situation and market of Shennong valley resort town,carries out planning and design of Shennong area,and discusses the development path of Shennong valley resort town.Based on the scenery of Shennong valley,the design plans to build a Shennong spa resort town featuring the culture of Yan Emperor and integrating cultural interaction experience,spa resort,boutique business and outdoor leisure.
