摘　　要：我国小户型住宅发展迅速,人们对其居住品质以及功能使用的舒适度也逐渐提出了更高的要求。本文以我国小户型住宅居住舒适性及使用品质的提升为出发点和落脚点,运用文献研究和走访调研的方法分析讨论了当前小户型室内设计面临的问题和限制因素。借鉴日式空间营造方法的启示性设计理念,从空间布局、家具适宜性应用与优化、功能预留与再分配三个纬度进行分类阐述,结合实际设计经验提出了柜体进深压缩、小尺寸模数式家具、弹性空间营造等设计理念,力求在满足功能需求的基础上使有限空间最大化利用,并寻找到适宜我国小户型住宅空间的普适性优化设计提升策略,以达到小户型住宅以人为本、高舒适度与高品质的居住目的。With the rapid development of small houses in China,people have put forward higher requirements on the living quality and comfort of functions.Based on the improvement of residential comfort and service quality of small house in China,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and restrictions of current interior design of small houses by using the methods of literature research and visit survey.By learning from the inspirational design concept of Japanese space construction method,this paper classifies and elaborates space layout,furniture application suitability and optimization,function reservation and redistribution,and puts forward design concepts such as cabinet depth compression,small-sized modular furniture,and flexible space creation in combination with the actual design experience,the,striving to maximize the use of limited space on the basis of meeting functional requirements.In addition,it purposes the upgraded strategy of universal optimization design suitable for small housing space in China,so as to reach the living goal of small houses that puts people first and pursues high comfort and quality.
