摘 要:大规模定制作为一种通过生产个性化的产品或服务来满足客户个性化需求的先进生产模式,已经受到了业界和学术界的广泛关注。由于大规模定制生产模式下客户对每件产品的需求存在差异性,传统的统计质量控制方法已经不再适用。从大规模定制的起源入手,重点回顾了基于大规模定制的文献,通过梳理文献确定了各种大规模定制模式下的质量控制方法。除了对增加样本数据的研究,越来越多的学者也在探索事后控制方法,以及基于智能控制理论的事前预测方法,围绕上述三方面对大规模定制的质量控制研究进行了综述,最后对与大规模定制生产质量控制有关的研究方向做出了展望。Mass customization,as an advanced production model to meet customers′individual needs by producing personalized products or services,has received wide attention from the industry and academia.Due to the variability of customer demand for each product in the mass customization production model,traditional statistical quality control methods are no longer applicable.Starting from the origin of mass customization,focusing on reviewing the literature based on mass customization,various methods of quality control under mass customization models by combing the literature are identified.In addition to research on increasing sample data,more and more scholars are exploring ex post control,as well as ex ante prediction based on intelligent control theory.Quality control research on mass customization is reviewed around the above three aspects,and finally,an outlook on research directions related to quality control of mass customization production is given.
