摘 要:根据电控多片离合式限滑差速器在耦合环境下的传动特性,从其传动路线分析可能导致其功率损失的各个因素。基于MATLAB/Simulink平台建立各传动环节效率模型及总传动效率模型,模拟3种工况下不同的因素对电控多片离合式限滑差速器传动效率的影响。仿真结果表明:车辆直行时的轴承功率损失,以及车辆打滑时的离合器功率损失是电控多片离合式限滑差速器传动效率的主要影响因素。According to the transmission characteristics of electronically controlled multi-disc clutch limited slip differential in coupling environment,the factors that may lead to power loss are analyzed from its transmission route.Based on the MATLAB/Simulink platform,the efficiency models of each transmission link and the total transmission efficiency model were established to simulate the influence of different factors on the transmission efficiency of the electronically controlled multi-chip clutch limited slip differential under three working conditions.The simulation results show that the bearing power loss and the clutch power loss when the vehicle is going straight are the main factors affecting the transmission efficiency of the electronically controlled multidisc clutch limited slip differential.
