中医气论证构探析

摘　　要：气论是中医理论的核心,亦是中国古代科学的基石,中医气论的证构对中医学的发展至关重要。中医气论证构是指借助传统气论与现代科学、哲学与心理学等研究对中医气论创新理论和技术的构建进行论证。文章首先在中国古代科学的背景下,对中医气论的6条基本定理和参量模型进行了证构。其次,在现代科学的背景下对证构的意义、原则和路径进行了证构。笔者认为中医气论证构的原则是守正传承、锐意创新,路径包括理论创新研究、基础实验研究、临床实践研究和内证体察研究。中医气论证构研究,一方面有助于实现中医理论的现代化、科学化,另一方面有助于揭示人体生命奥秘和开启中华文明的宝库。Qi theory is the core of traditiona Chinese medicine(TCM) theory and the cornerstone of ancient Chinese science. The demonstration and construction of qi theory is very important to the development of TCM. The demonstration and construction of TCM qi theory refers to the demonstration of the construction of innovative theory and technology of TCM qi theory with the help of traditional qi theory and modern science, philosophy and psychology. Firstly, under the background of ancient Chinese science, this paper demonstrates and constructs the six basic theorems and parametric model of TCM qi theory.Secondly, under the background of modern science, this paper demonstrates and constructs the significance, principles and paths of evidence structure. This paper holds that the principle of demonstration and construction of TCM qi theory is to keep the right inheritance and forge ahead with innovation. The path includes theoretical innovation research, basic experimental research,clinical practice research and the inward observation & examination research. On the one hand, the demonstration and construction of TCM qi theory will help to realize the modernization and scientization of TCM theory, on the other hand, it will help to reveal the mystery of human life and open the treasure house of Chinese civilization.
