摘　　要：“肾精”一词,涵义丰富,辨析未清。笔者整理古代典籍,对“肾精”涵义整理辨析,结合藏象学说与临床,认为:(1)“肾精”之内涵包括:“肾脏之精”与“肾藏之精”,后者又含有先天之精、脏腑之精、水谷之精、生殖之精等;(2)“肾脏之精”通过肾气,表达肾脏的功能、特性,如主水、主纳气、蛰藏等;而“肾藏之精”是在肾正常蛰藏的基础上,所藏之先天、后天之精等的主生长发育、主生殖、主骨生髓充脑等功能;(3)临床方面,当需明辨“肾精”,藏纳不及责之于肾脏功能不足,生殖、发育等不足则责之于“肾藏之精”亏虚。The word ‘kidney essence’ has rich connotations and unclear differentiation. The authors sort out ancient books and records, classify and discriminate the meaning of ‘kidney essence’, unify the theory of visceral outward manifestation and clinical,and hold that:(1)The connotation of ‘kidney essence’ includes ‘the essence of the kidney’ and ‘kidney essence of hiding’, the later also contains congenital essence, zang-fu essence, essential substance from foodstuff, reproductive essence, etc..(2)‘The essence of the kidney’ expresses its functions and characteristics of the kidney through kidney qi, such as regulating the balance of water and liquid in the body, absorbing the breath inhaled by the lung and preventing superficial breathing, providing the place to store the vital essence of the whole body, etc.;while ‘kidney essence of hiding’ is different from ‘the essence of the kidney’. Its physiological function is based on the normal function of kidney, and then contains the essence of congenital and acquired, and then the essence of congenital and acquired play the main functions of growth and development, reproduction and so on.(3)Clinically, it is necessary to distinguish ‘kidney essence’, when lack of collection and stockpile appears, that’s due to inadequacy of kidney function;while the deficiency of reproduction and development are responsible for the insufficient of kidney essence.
