摘 要:辐射毒损伤的发病及转化与中医火热毒邪损伤的表现及传化特性有相似之处。据此,笔者依据辐射毒的传递性特点,结合火毒致病特性,以探讨二者的相关性及其联系性。辐射毒与火毒概念以及发病原因与形式有所不同,但均属热毒,其最终对机体气血阴阳的损伤是相同的,中医治疗采用扶正气、养精血的基本原则也是相同的。结合火毒在脏腑、经脉、卫气营血传化机理与表现,阐释辐射毒的传化规迹、病情变化、治疗方法等,将对研究探讨中医药在防治辐射毒损伤方面有积极作用。The occurrence and transformation of radiation toxic injury are similar to the expression and transmission characteristics of heat toxic evil injury in Chinese medicine. Based on the transmissibility of radiation toxicity and the pathogenicity of fire toxicity, this paper discusses the correlation between radiation toxicity and fire toxicity. Radiation poison and fire poison are different in concept, pathogenesis and form, but they both belong to heat poison, which ultimately damage the body’s yin and yang is the same, and the basic principle of boosting immunity is the same in treatment. Combining with the transmission mechanism and manifestation of fire poison, it is of positive significance to explain the transmission law, disease change and treatment methods of radiation poison.
