中药抗癌2号方联合高强度聚焦超声治疗中晚期胰腺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价中药抗癌2号方联合高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将120例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为中药组、HIFU组和联合组,每组40例。所有患者均予基础治疗,中药组加予中药抗癌2号方口服,HIFU组加予HIFU治疗胰腺病灶,联合组加予中药抗癌2号方和HIFU治疗。比较3组患者的近期疗效、总生存期、临床获益反应、肿瘤标志物的变化情况,并监测不良反应。结果:联合组疾病控制率为78.4%(29/37),显著高于中药组的52.6%(20/38)(P<0.05)。与中药组及HIFU组比较,联合组在近期生存获益方面有显著优势(P<0.05)。联合组在体质量保持及疼痛程度缓解方面均优于HIFU组和中药组,临床获益显著,且有稳定肿瘤标志物的作用。3组患者血常规及肝肾功能均未出现显著的异常,治疗全程未见明显不良反应。结论:中药抗癌2号方联合HIFU可有效改善中晚期胰腺癌患者的临床症状,提升生活质量,并有助于提高患者生存率,疗效确切且安全性高。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal Anti-cancer Decoction Ⅱ combined with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into the TCM group, the HIFU group, and the combined group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients were given basic treatment. In addition, the TCM group was added with Anti-cancer Decoction Ⅱ orally, the HIFU group was added with HIFU to treat pancreatic lesions, and the combined group was added with both. The short-term efficacy, overall survival, clinical benefit response, and changes in tumor markers were compared among the three groups, and the adverse reactions were monitored. Results: The disease control rate of the combined group was 78.4%(29/37), which was significantly higher than 52.6%(20/38) in the TCM group(P<0.05). Patients in the combined group had a significantly advantage in terms of short-term survival benefit(P<0.05). The combined group outperformed the HIFU group and TCM group in terms of body weight maintenance and pain relief, with significant clinical benefits and stabilization of tumor markers. There was no significant abnormality in blood routine, liver and kidney function in the three groups, and no obvious adverse effects were observed throughout the treatment. Conclusion: Chinese herbal Anti-cancer Decoction Ⅱ combined with HIFU can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the quality of life of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer with definite efficacy and high safety.
