摘　　要：个案管理对促进严重精神障碍患者康复具有积极意义,已在国内外得到了广泛的关注和应用。为探讨我国严重精神障碍个案管理的研究现状,对近年来国内相关文献进行了梳理和回顾,发现在干预模式、服务人群、干预团队、干预内容、干预形式及干预效果方面呈现多元发展局面,发展水平参差不齐,缺乏统一技术规范及流程,并针对以上方面做了思考。Case management is positive significance in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with severe mental disorders, and it has been widely concerned and applied at home and abroad.In order to explore the current situation of the case management of severe mental disorders in China, this paper reviewed the relevant domestic literature in recent years, and found that the intervention mode, service group, intervention team, intervention content, intervention form and intervention effect presented a diversified development situation, with uneven development level and lacked of unified technical specification and process.And at the end of the paper, the author provided advice on these issues.
