摘　　要：目的 探讨儿童行为量表(child behavior checklist, CBCL)4~16岁版本在评估孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder, ASD)儿童的情绪行为问题的应用,为更好地理解ASD儿童的行为和情绪问题提供科学证据。方法 选取2016年1月—2020年10月在武汉市江岸区妇幼保健院儿童保健科筛查并诊断为ASD的182例儿童作为研究对象。由ASD儿童的父母或主要抚养人填写CBCL问卷。采用验证性的因子分析方法,构建CBCL各个症状因子与其所属条目的测量方程,拟合并验证CBCL理论模型。结果 ASD患儿行为情绪问题总检出率为65.38%;男童前3位的行为问题因子为社交退缩(57.94%)、违纪(42.06%)、攻击(22.43%);ASD女童前3位的行为因子是社交退缩(48.00%)、抑郁(22.67%)、多动(20.00%)。验证性因子分析结果显示,4~6岁男童的CBCL理论模型经拟合优度检验为χ^(2)/df=1.83,CFI=0.93,GFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.05;4~6岁女童的CBCL理论模型经拟合优度检验为χ^(2)/df=1.98,CFI=0.91,GFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.07,理论模型较好地拟合了原始数据。结论 ASD儿童有较多的情绪行为问题,CBCL(4~16岁版本)可用于4~6岁ASD儿童的情绪行为问题的全面评估。Objective To explore whether CBCL(4-16 years old version)is suitable for comprehensive assessment of emotional and behavioral problems of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)children, and provide scientific evidence for better understanding of behavioral and emotional problems of ASD children.Methods From January 2016 to October 2020,182 children who were screened and diagnosed with ASD at the Children’s Health Care Department of Jiang’an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Wuhan were selected as the research objects.Parents or primary caregivers of ASD children completed the CBCL questionnaire.Using confirmatory factor analysis methods, we constructed the measurement equation of each symptom factor of CBCL,fitted and verified the CBCL theoretical mo-del.Results The total detection rate of behavioral and emotional problems in children with ASD was 65.38%;the top three behavioral factors of ASD boys were social withdrawal(57.94%),discipline violation(42.06%)and aggression(22.43%);the top three behavioral factors of ASD girls were social withdrawal(48.00%),depression(22.67%)and hyperactivity(20.00%).The confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the fit goodness of CBCL theoretical model for boys aged 4-6 years was χ^(2)/df=1.83,CFI=0.93,GFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.05,and the fit goodness of CBCL theoretical model for girls aged 4-6 years was χ^(2)/df=1.98,CFI=0.91,GFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.07.Conclusion This study shows that ASD children have some emotional and behavioral problems.CBCL(4-16 years old version)can be used to comprehensively evaluate the emotional and behavioral problems of children with ASD.
