摘　　要：目的:探究曲克芦丁注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能及脑血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于营口市中心医院治疗的ACI患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组予以长春西汀注射液治疗,观察组则予以曲克芦丁注射液治疗。持续治疗2周后对比两组临床疗效、神经功能、血液流变学指标[全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血细胞比容(Hct)]、肢体功能障碍、自理能力及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经功能评分、HBV、LBV、FIB及Hct均低于对照组,上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能及生活自理能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均无不良反应发生。结论:曲克芦丁注射液治疗ACI效果确切,能够有效改善患者血液流变学指标,促进神经功能恢复,提升自理能力,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of Troxerutin Injection on neurological function and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 120 patients with ACI treated in Yingkou Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vinpocetine Injection,and the observation group was treated with Troxerutin Injection.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,neurological function,hemorheological indexes[high shear whole blood viscosity(HBV),low shear whole blood viscosity(LBV),fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit(Hct)],limb dysfunction,self-care ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of neurological function,HBV,LBV,FIB and Hct in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of upper limb motor function,lower limb motor function and self-care ability were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Troxerutin Injection is effective in the treatment of ACI.It can effectively improve hemorheological indexes,promote the recovery of nerve function,reduce limb dysfunction and improve self-care ability.It is safe and reliable.
