摘　　要：目的探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)在子宫内膜样癌中的表达情况,分析其临床病理意义及在预后评估中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR法检测CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌组织中蛋白及mRNA的表达水平,分析CIP2A表达与临床病理特征及患者预后的相关性。结果CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌的表达明显增加,其表达水平与肿瘤组织学分级、FIGO分期及Ki-67增殖指数有相关性。生存分析显示,CIP2A高表达与患者总体生存率下降显著相关。结论CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌中过表达,在肿瘤进展中发挥重要作用,其高表达与患者的不良预后有关,在预后判断中具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore the expression of CIP2A in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and to analyze its clinicopathological significance and prognostic value.Methods Immunohistochemistry and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to detect the protein and mRNA expression of CIP2A in endometrioid adenocarcinoma.The correlation between the expression of CIP2A and the clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The expression of CIP2A significantly increased in endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and its expression was correlated with tumor histological grade,FIGO stage and Ki-67 proliferation index.Survival analysis showed that overexpression of CIP2A was significantly associated with reduced overall survival rate of patients with endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion CIP2A is overexpressed in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and plays an important role in carcinogenesis and malignant progression,and the high expression of CIP2A is associated with poor prognosis of patients,which has certain reference value in prognosis judgment.
