摘 要:超临界机组采暖抽汽带低参数、大容积流量背压式汽轮机运行,利用抽汽余压发电后再对外供热,实现蒸汽能量的梯级利用,大幅度提高纯凝机组供热改造后的能源利用效率。超临界670 MW机组供热期设计带3台功率为6 MW的背压式汽轮机发电,在机组供热量180~200 MW条件下,超临界机组负荷为450~470 MW,其中2台背压机组运行,发电功率为11.18 MW。背压式汽轮机排汽供热与超临界机组抽汽直接供热相比,超临界机组抽汽流量增加20.92 t/h,损失发电功率3.50 MW,超临界机组与背压机组联合运行发电功率增加7.68 MW,降低机组厂用电率1.68%,超临界机组供热期供电煤耗率降低约4.60 g/kWh。Supercritical unit operates together with low parameter and large volume flow back pressure turbine using the residual pressure of heating extraction steam to generate electricity and then supply heat to heat network to realize the cascade utilization of steam energy.This technology greatly improves the energy utilization efficiency of the pure condensing unit after heating reform.In the heating period of supercritical 670 MW unit,three back⁃pressure turbines with power of 6 MW are designed to generate electricity.Under the condition of unit heating capacity of 180~200 MW,the load of the supercritical unit is 450~470 MW,and two of the three back⁃pressure units are in operation,the power generation is 11.18 MW.Compared with the direct heat supply by the extraction steam of the supercritical unit,the back pressure steam turbine exhaust steam heat supply leads to an increase of the extraction steam flow of the supercritical unit by 20.92 t/h and a loss of 3.50 MW of power generation.The combined operation of supercritical unit with back pressure unit increases the power generation by 7.68 MW and reduces the plant power consumption rate by 1.68%.The coal consumption rate of power supply of the supercritical unit can be reduced by approximately 4.60 g/kWh during heating period.
