摘 要:为提高大球盖菇温室栽培产量,研究不同栽培基料与覆土厚度下的菌丝生长和产量情况。结果表明,不同栽培基料的菌丝生长差异明显,以配方M3(玉米秸秆36%、玉米芯52%、玉米粉4%、麦麸8%)菌丝吃料好、长势强;不同栽培基料和覆土厚度的出菇时间差异不显著,均为接种后45.7~49.3天;栽培基料和覆土厚度对大球盖菇的产量、子实体个数和单个子实体鲜重均具有显著影响。最终筛选出最佳的栽培基料配方为M3,最佳覆土厚度为3 cm,在该条件下第一潮菇平均产量为3.59 kg/m^(2),单位面积子实体平均数量为44.90个/m^(2),平均单菇鲜重为79.94 g/个。The effects of different cultivation substrates and casing soil thickness on the mycelial growth and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in mycelial growth among different cultivation substrates, the formula(M3) with corn straw and corn cob as main materials had the best hyphal colonization and the strongest mycelial growth. The thickness of casing soil and the substrate had no significant effect on the time of mushroom production. All treatments began to produce mushrooms 45.7~49.3 days after inoculation. The thickness of casing soil had a significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01) effect on the yield, the number of fruiting bodies and the fresh weight of single fruit-body, the substrate had a significant(P<0.01) effect on the three indicators. Finally, the best formula of corn straw and corn cob as the main materials was selected, the optimum covering soil thickness is 3 cm, under which the yield can reach 3.59 kg/m^(2).
