荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的使用时机探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性慢性胃炎的使用时机。方法 选取天津市河东区中医医院2020年2月-2021年8月收治的114例HP阳性慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象。采用随机抽签法把患者分为中药辅助组A(n=38)、中药辅助组B(n=38)和四联疗法组(n=38),中药辅助A、B组分别于四联疗法前后使用荆花胃康胶丸辅助治疗,对照组采用四联疗法治疗,根据荆花胃康胶丸使用时机,观察三组组Hp根除情况、中医症状评及症状缓解率。结果 中药辅助A、B组Hp根除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药辅助A、B组Hp根除率均高于四联疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前四联疗法组、中药辅助A、B组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后中药辅助A、B组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药辅助A、B组症状评分低于四联疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药辅助A、B组症状缓解率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药辅助A、B组症状缓解率高于四联疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 荆花胃康胶丸使用时机对阳性慢性胃炎无影响,四联疗法辅以荆花胃康胶丸能显著缓解患者消化道症状。Objective To explore the timing of Jinghua Weikang capsules in adjuvant treatment of Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 114 patients with HP-positive chronic gastritis admitted to the Tianjin Hedong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into Chinese medicine auxiliary group A(n=38),Chinese medicine auxiliary group B(n=38)and quadruple therapy group(n=38)by random drawing.The Chinese medicine auxiliary A and B groups were before and after quadruple therapy.Jinghua Weikang capsules were used for adjuvant treatment, and the control group was treated with quadruple therapy.According to the timing of Jinghua Weikang capsules, the Hp eradication, TCM symptom evaluation and symptom relief rate were observed in the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the Hp eradication rate between the traditional Chinese medicine-assisted group A and B(P>0.05).The eradication rate was higher than that of the quadruple therapy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the quadruple therapy group, TCM-assisted A and B groups before treatment(P>0.05);Treatment 3 Months later, there was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between groups A and B(P>0.05).The symptom scores of TCM-assisted A and B groups were lower than the quadruple therapy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the symptom remission rate between the A and B groups(P>0.05).The symptom remission rate in the A and B groups was higher than that in the quadruple therapy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The timing of Jinghua Weikang capsules has no effect on positive chronic gastritis.The quadruple therapy supplemented with Jinghua Weikang Capsules can significantly reliev
