摘 要:通过切削过程动力学建模与仿真分析,对切削力、表面形貌、切削过程稳定性等过程参数进行预测,在此基础上进行工艺参数优化,是实现无颤振、高效切削的有效途径。学术界对这一领域进行了广泛而深入的研究,随着机械加工从数字化向智能化方向不断发展,切削过程仿真的研究热点正朝以数字孪生为代表的智能化方向转变。因此,亟须对切削过程建模、仿真的研究现状进行深入而系统的归纳总结,在此基础上,实现对切削过程仿真研究热点与趋势的预测具有重要意义。从切削过程建模与切削力预测、切削稳定性分析、切削过程有限元仿真以及面向切削过程的数字孪生技术等方面进行归纳总结,指出目前相关研究的优势与局限性。经过深入探讨展望了切削过程建模与仿真的研究趋势,并指出了下一步研究热点。Through the dynamic modeling and simulation analysis of machining process,the machining process parameters such as cutting force,surface topography and machining process stability are predicted,and the process parameters are optimized on this basis,which is an effective way to realize chatter free and high-efficient cutting.Academia has conducted extensive and indepth research in this field.With the continuous development from digital manufacturing to intelligent one,the research hotspot of machining process simulation is changing to the intelligent direction represented by digital twins.Therefore,it is urgent to summarize the research status of machining process modeling and simulation deeply and systematically.On this basis,it is of great significance to predict the research hotspots and trends of machining process simulation.This paper summarizes the machining process modeling and cutting force prediction,cutting stability analysis,finite element simulation of cutting process and digital twin technology for cutting process,and points out the advantages and limitations of relevant research at present.After indepth discussion,this paper also prospects the research trend of machining process modeling and simulation,and points out the research hotspot in the near future.
