摘  要:目的探讨喹硫平对匹罗卡品致痫大鼠认知功能的影响。方法建立氯化锂-匹罗卡品癫痫大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组与癫痫组,癫痫组再分为癫痫生理盐水组和癫痫喹硫平组,每组各20只。通过Intellicage全自动监测系统观察大鼠认知损害情况。结果鼻触学习,正常对照组、癫痫生理盐水组和癫痫喹硫平组大鼠在前3 d给药后3 h内饮水次数分别为(4.6±0.5)次、(1.9±0.3)次、(3.0±0.4)次、(4.9±0.4)次、(2.1±0.3)次、(3.5±0.3)次、(5.0±0.4)次、(2.3±0.2)次、(3.7±0.3)次。空间探索测试一,癫痫组大鼠在给药后4 h内访问先前开放角落的次数低于正常对照组;与癫痫组大鼠相比,癫痫喹硫平组大鼠访问先前开放角落的次数高于癫痫生理盐水组,低于正常对照组。空间探索测试二,连续统计8 d,连续记录给药后4 h内各组大鼠的饮水次数,结果表明癫痫组的饮水次数明显低于正常对照组;在比较癫痫组大鼠后,发现癫痫喹硫平组的饮水次数高于癫痫生理盐水组,但低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平可改善匹罗卡品致痫大鼠的认知功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Quetiapine on the cognitive function of pilocarpine induced epileptic rats.Methods A lithium chloride-pilocarpine-induced epileptic rat model was established, and the rats were randomly divided into the normal control group and the epilepsy group.The epilepsy group was further divided into the epilepsy saline group and the epilepsy quetiapine group, with 20 rats in each group.The cognitive impairment of rats was observed by intellicage automatic monitoring system.Results Nosal touch learning: the frequency of drinking water in the normal control, epilepsy saline, epilepsy quetiapine group were(4.6±0.5),(1.9±0.3),(3.0±0.4),(4.9±0.4),(2.1±0.3),(3.5±0.3),(5.0±0.4),(2.3±0.2),(3.7±0.3)respectively.Space exploration test 1,the number of visits to the previously opened corners in the epilepsy group was lower than that in the normal control group within 4 hours after administration, while comparing with the rats in epilepsy group, the rats in the epilepsy quetiapine group visited the previously opened corners more frequently than those in the epilepsy saline group, but lower frequently than those in the normal control group.Space exploration test 2,continuous statistics for 8 days, the frequency of drinking water in each group within 4 hours after administration was continuously recorded.The results revealed that the frequency of water consumption in the epilepsy group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group.After comparing the rats in the epilepsy group, the frequency of water consumption in the epilepsy quetiapine group was found to be more than that in the epilepsy saline group, but lower than that in the normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quetiapine can improve the cognitive impairment of pilocarpine induced epileptic rats.
