常规开胸手术与胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的疗效及对肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的比较肺癌患者应用常规开胸手术与胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的效果及对肺功能的影响.方法纳入邯郸市中西医结合医院收治的90例肺癌患者,时间为2019年1月-2022年1月,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例.对照组和观察组分别采用常规开胸手术与胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,比较两组各项手术相关指标、肺功能指标和并发症情况.结果观察组的各项手术相关指标与对照组比较,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组术后用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及呼气流量峰值(PEF)较之术前升高,观察组比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为4.44%比对照组的26.67%更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肺癌患者应用胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的效果显著.Objective To compare the effects of conventional thoracotomy and thoracoscopic lobectomy on lung function in patients with lung cancer.Methods 90 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional thoracotomy and thoracoscopic lobectomy respectively.The operation related indexes,pulmonary function indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation related indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV,and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The thoracoscopic lobectomy is effective in the treatment of lung cancer.
