摘 要:目的了解重庆市分离自免疫力低下患者的5株非O1/O139群霍乱弧菌的表型及基因型特征。方法对分离到的5株非O1/O139群菌株进行生化、血清鉴定、药敏实验、脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)分型、全基因组测序分析。结果5株菌株经生化、血清学鉴定为非O1/O139群霍乱弧菌;PFGE聚类分析均非同一来源;毒力基因分析结果显示:3株菌分别携带甘露醇敏感血凝素基因msh、irgA基因、luxS基因、flh基因、che基因等辅助毒力基因,2株菌无毒力基因,均未检出ctxAB、tcpA、ST等主要毒力基因。结论5株非O1/O139群霍乱弧菌,均无ctxAB、tcpA等毒力基因,但分别携带msh、irgA等辅助毒力因子,大部分菌株对喹诺酮类、磺胺类、多肽类抗生素耐药,建议加强非O1/O139群霍乱弧菌菌株的监测,进一步了解其致病机理及传播情况。Objective To understand the phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of five non-O1/O139Vibrio cholerae strains isolated from patients with low immunity in Chongqing.Methods The 5strains were analyzed by biochemistry,serum identification,drug sensitivity test,PFGE(pulsed field gel electrophoresis)typing and whole genome sequencing.Results The 5 strains were identified as non-O1/O139 Vibrio cholerae after biochemical and serological analysis.And they were not from the same source by PFGE analysis.The results of virulence gene analysis showed that three strains carried auxiliary virulence genes such as msh,irgA,luxS,flh and che,and 2 strains had no virulence genes such as ctxAB,tcpA and ST.Conclusions None of the 5 strains had virulence genes such as ctxAB and tcpA,but they carried auxiliary virulence factors such as msh and irgA.Most of the strains were resistant to quinolones,sulfonamides and polypeptide antibiotics.It is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of non-O1/O139 Vibrio cholerae strains for further understanding of the pathogenic mechanism and transmission.
