摘 要:在煤矿开采中,由于顶板破断的角效应,顶板在破坏时往往会在支承边界相交处呈弧形破断,进而留下2个弧形三角块。目前在应用薄板理论进行顶板的来压特性研究时,均忽略了弧形三角块的影响而采用矩形弹性薄板模型进行计算。为分析顶板破断角效应对顶板周期来压特性的影响,通过差分法求解出考虑了弧形三角块的弹性薄板的最大应力,并将其与矩形薄板模型的最大应力进行比较。通过比较可知,考虑了顶板破断角效应的顶板最大应力最高可达到未考虑该效应的顶板最大应力的1.27倍,而在计算周期来压步距时,两者的差值较小。因此,在估算顶板的最大应力时应考虑顶板破断角效应的影响,而在估算顶板周期来压步距时,则可忽略该效应的影响。During mining,due to the corner effect of the roof breaking,the roof often breaks in an arc shape at the intersection of the supporting boundary when it fails,leaving two small arc-shaped blocks.At present,when applying the thin plate theory to study the characteristics of the roof pressure,the influ⁃ence of the small arc-shaped blocks is ignored and the rectangular elastic thin plate model is used for cal⁃culation.In order to analyze the influence of the corner effect of plate breaking on the periodic pressure characteristics of the roof,the maximum stress of the elastic thin plate considering the arc-shaped blocks was solved by the difference method,and it was compared with the maximum stress of the rectangular thin plate model.Through comparison,it can be seen that the maximum stress of the roof considering the corner effect of plate breaking can reach up to 1.27 times the maximum stress of the roof without considering the effect,but when calculating the periodic weighting step,the difference is small.Therefore,when estimat⁃ing the maximum stress of the roof,the corner effect of plate breaking should be considered,and when esti⁃mating the periodic weighting step of the roof,the influence of this effect can be ignored.
