摘 要:本文旨在研究橱柜智能升降操作台面高度的可调节范围及最优适配性问题。采用客观实验和主观评价相结合的方法,招募15名18-35岁的人群作为被试者,选取切菜、炒菜、揉面、洗盘四种典型操作任务,针对每种操作任务,在不同操作高度下进行实验测试研究。客观实验采用无线表面肌电设备及足底压力测试设备分别采集肌电数据和足底压力数据,主观评价采用5分制评分方法。结果表明,主观评价得到的最舒适高度和客观实验结果具有高度正相关性,并基于本研究结果得出不同操作任务下橱柜操作台面的高度调节范围,同时构建了身高、性别与操作台面高度的相关性模型。本研究可为橱柜升降操作台面高度的智能化设计提供参考和依据。This paper aims at studying the problem of the adjusting range and optimal matching of the kitchen cabinet intelligent operating table.By the methods of objective experiment and subjective evaluation,15 people aged 18-35 are recruited as subjects and four typical operation tasks of chopping,cooking,kneading dough and washing are given,while the subjects perform the experiment under different operating height for each operating task.Wireless surface EMG equipment and plantar pressure testing equipment are used in the objective experiments to collect the data of the EMG and plantar pressure respectively,and subjective evaluation is based on 5-point scoring method to evaluate.It turns out that the optimal heights obtained by subjective evaluation have a high positive correlation with the objective experiment results,and the adjusting range of the operating table height is obtained and the correlation model between the height,gender and the operating table height is built under different operating tasks based on the results of this study.The study can provide reference and basis for the intelligent design of kitchen cabinet operating table height.
