摘  要:轨道动态几何状态与轮轨力是服役状态的重要指标,对这两种指标进行综合分析能更全面、准确地评价轨道质量,但由于轮径值偏差、线路长短链、车辆运行中产生滑动摩擦等原因,检测结果里程与线路真实里程偏差较大,影响数据分析应用的准确性,且难以对两种数据进行关联分析。本文提出了统一采集和分散采集模式下轨道动态几何状态与轮轨力检测数据的里程校准方法。统一采集模式下,先校准轨道动态几何状态检测数据的里程,再将轮轨力检测数据的里程与之同步对齐校准。分散采集模式下,采用特殊区段、线路要素与检测波形关联分析的方法,实现对轮轨力检测数据的里程校准。对某地铁线路真实检测数据进行校准验证,结果表明:统一采集模式下校准后误差小于0.6 m,分散采集模式下校准后误差小于2.0 m。将该校准方法应用于轨道动态几何状态与轮轨力检测数据可视化展示软件,进一步证明了该方法的有效性与应用价值。Track dynamic geometry state and wheel-rail force are important indicators of service status. Comprehensive analysis of these two indicators can evaluate track quality more comprehensively andaccurately. However,due to wheel diameter deviation,long and short chains of the line,sliding friction during vehicle operation and other reasons,the deviation between the detection results and the true mileage of the line is large,which affects the accuracy of data analysis and application,and it is difficult to analyze the correlation between the two types of data. This paper proposed a mileage calibration method for track dynamic geometric data and wheel-rail force data under unified and decentralized acquisition modes. In the unified acquisition mode,the track dynamic geometric mileage data was calibrated firstly,and then the wheel rail force mileage data was synchronized with it for calibration. In the decentralized acquisition mode,the correlation analysis method of special sections,line elements and detection waveforms was used to calibrate the wheelrail force mileage data. The calibration verification of the real inspection data of a subway line shows that the error after calibration is less than 0.6 m under the unified acquisition mode and less than 2.0 m under the decentralized acquisition mode. The calibration method is applied to the visualization display software of track geometry and wheel-rail force data,which further proves the effectiveness and application value of this method.
