摘　　要：目的观察肠三针联合生物反馈治疗中风后便秘临床疗效及对血清胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、神经降压素(NT)的影响。方法将2020年6月—2021年6月在河北省中医院治疗的66例中风后便秘患者按随机数字表法分为对照组33例和观察组33例。2组患者均给予中风病恢复期神经内科基础治疗,在此基础上对照组给予生物反馈治疗,观察组给予生物反馈联合肠三针针刺治疗,2组均以6 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。记录2组患者治疗前后便秘患者自评量表(PAC-SYM)评分、生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分,检测2组治疗前后MTL、VIP、NT水平,统计2组有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者PAC-SYM评分、PAC-QOL评分及血清VIP、NT水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),血清MTL水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后以上指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.8%(30/31),明显高于对照组的77.4%(24/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应均轻微,2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠三针联合生物反馈治疗中风后便秘能有效改善临床症状,调节血清MTL、VIP、NT水平,提高生活质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of three enteric acupuncture combined with biofeedback on constipation after stroke and its effects on serum motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and neurotensin(NT).Methods Sixty-six patients with poststroke constipation treated in Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The patients in both groups were given basic treatment of neurology in the recovery period of stroke.On the basis of above treatment,the control group was given biofeedback treatment,and the observation group was given biofeedback combined with three enteric acupuncture.6 days of treatment as a course of treatment,both groups were continuously treated for 3 courses.The scores of patient assessment of constipation symptom(PAC-SYM)and patient assessment of quality of life(PAC-QOL)were recorded,and the levels of MTL,VIP and NT levels were determined before and after treatment in the two groups,and the effective rate and adverse reactions occurred of the two groups were counted.Results Compared with those before treatment,the PAC-SYM score,PAC-QOL score,levels of serum VIP and NT of the patients in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(all P<0.05),and the level of serum MTL were significantly increased(all P<0.05).The improvement of the above indicators in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%(30/31),which was significantly higher than that 77.4%(24/31)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions occurred were mild in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Three enteric acupuncture combined with biofeedback can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,regulate the levels of
