牙列缺损应用口腔种植牙修复与常规修复治疗的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的研究牙列缺损应用口腔种植牙修复与常规修复治疗的临床效果。方法200例牙列缺损患者,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组患者采用口腔种植牙修复治疗,对照组患者采用常规修复治疗。比较两组稳定性、语言能力、咀嚼功能、牙齿舒适感评分及治疗效果、治疗前后炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平。结果观察组患者稳定性评分(95.64±1.03)分、语言能力评分(89.68±1.13)分、咀嚼功能评分(90.24±1.35)分、牙齿舒适感评分(91.68±1.85)分均高于对照组的(65.85±1.32)、(50.33±1.68)、(51.74±1.55)、(49.55±1.02)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均高于本组治疗前,但观察组TNF-α(3.02±0.02)μg/L、IL-6(25.22±1.02)μg/L、IL-8(69.22±1.02)μg/L均低于对照组的(4.85±1.56)、(41.25±1.89)、(108.25±2.89)μg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损患者应用口腔种植牙修复相比常规修复效果更为显著,能够改善患者牙齿功能,值得在临床中推广运用。Objective To study the clinical effect of dental implant restoration and conventional restoration treatment for dentition defects.Methods A total of 200 patients with dentition defects were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random drawing grouping,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with dental implant restoration,and patients in the control group were treated with conventional restoration treatment.Both groups were compared in term of stability score,language ability score,chewing function score,tooth comfort score,therapeutic effect,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)]level before and after treatment.Results The stability score(95.64±1.03)points,the language ability score(89.68±1.13)points,the masticatory function score(90.24±1.35)points and the tooth comfort score(91.68±1.85)points in the observation group were higher than(65.85±1.32),(50.33±1.68),(51.74±1.55)and(49.55±1.02)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,but the TNF-α(3.02±0.02)μg/L,IL-6(25.22±1.02)μg/L,IL-8(69.22±1.02)μg/L in the observation group were lower than(4.85±1.56),(41.25±1.89),(108.25±2.89)μg/L in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional restoration treatment,dental implant restoration is more effective for patients with dentition defects,and can improve the dental function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
