摘　　要：目的本研究旨在分析非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)患者的大五人格及积极人格特征。方法选取2019年9月至2020年10月在益阳市中心医院就诊NERD患者80例及健康对照组80例,采用反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)量表、汉密尔顿(Hamilton)抑郁量表、Hamilton焦虑量表、积极人格量表、大五人格测验简版进行人格特征问卷调查。结果NERD患者有较高的焦虑和抑郁症状,分别为66.25%和28.75%;对大五人格量表得分进行独立样本t检验显示:NERD组神经质得分显著高于健康组,而外向性和开放性上的得分则显著低于健康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示:在积极人格因子中,自律、希望、勇敢、幽默、信仰与好学对NERD患者症状影响显著。结论NERD患者可出现焦虑和抑郁,患者的某些性格特质和疾病症状的发生可互为影响。【Objective】To analyze the Big Five Personality and positive personality characteristics in patients with non erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD).【Methods】Eighty NERD patients in Yiyang Central Hospital and 80 healthy controls were selected.RDQ scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Positive Personality Scale and Big Five Personality Test were used to conduct personality questionnaire survey.【Results】Patients with NERD had higher anxiety and depression symptoms(66.25%and 28.75%,respectively).The independent sample T test of the Big Five personality Scale showed that the neuroticism score of the NERD group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group,while the scores of extroversion and openness were significantly lower than that of the healthy group.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that among the positive personality factors,self-discipline,hope,courage,humor,faith and studiousness had the greatest influence on symptoms of NERD patients.【Conclusion】Anxiety and depression may occur in patients with NERD,and the occurrence of some personality traits of patients and the symptoms of the disease may interact with each other.
