摘 要:为了模拟桥式起重机危险工况条件下的典型失效模式,本文建立了基于桥式起重机的高保真有限元模型(FEM),提出了桥式起重机在两种危险工况条件和多个不确定因素下的结构可靠性灵敏度的仿真计算框架,用于综合评价与评估,并指出该仿真计算框架采用Sobol灵敏度理论构建了人工神经网络(ANN)模型,提升了计算效率。通过工程实例,对桥式起重机的结构可靠性灵敏度进行了分析计算,计算结果表明:在桥式起重机结构可靠性设计中,应注意与载荷、截面尺寸和弹性模量有关的不确定参数。in order to simulate the typical failure modes of bridge cranes under dangerous working conditions,a high-fidelity finite element modeling(FEM)based on bridge cranes is established in this paper,and a simulation calculation framework of structural reliability sensitivity of bridge cranes under two dangerous working conditions and multiple uncertain factors is proposed for comprehensive evaluation and evaluation,It is pointed out that the artificial neural network(ANN)model is constructed by using Sobol sensitivity theory in the simulation calculation framework,which improves the calculation efficiency.Through an engineering example,the structural reliability sensitivity of the bridge crane is analyzed and calculated.The results show that in the structural reliability design of the bridge crane,attention should be paid to the uncertain parameters related to load,section size and elastic modulus.
