摘 要:为了提高未来汽车车身品质,同时达到轻量化目的和降低车身生产成本,对汽车车身覆盖件在外形、轻量化、成形工艺、连接工艺、材料方面进行现状梳理和概述。针对冲压和压铸工艺,进行了包括连续变截面板(TRB)在内的技术应用分析,总结了基于产品特性的多技术融合和一体式车身覆盖件技术进展。通过对车身覆盖件现状的概述和制造技术的梳理,提出汽车车身覆盖件向着一体化、低成本和轻量化方向发展趋势。In order to improve the quality of automobile body in the future, achieve the goals of light weight and reduce the production cost of automobile body at the same time, this paper gives an overview of the current situation of automobile body panels in different levels in the aspects of shape, light weight, forming process, connection process and material. Regarding the stamping and die-casting in the forming process technology application analysis is conducted,including Tailor Rolled Blank(TRB) technology, and technology progress of the multi-technology fusion production and one-piece body panels according to product characteristics is summarized. Through the overview of the current situation of body panels and the development of manufacturing technology, the development trend is concluded that automobile body panels are developed towards integration, low cost and lightweight.
