摘 要:为了研究油气悬架系统的非线性振动特性,以某种采用油气悬架的重型车辆为研究对象,建立1/4车体2自由度油气悬架的数学模型,对系统施加通过高斯白噪声模拟出的随机路面激励,应用Matlab软件对系统进行仿真,采用Poincaré映射图、时间历程图、功率谱图、相图和李雅普诺夫指数作为依据研究油气悬架系统的运动状态。结果表明:当路面激励幅值在0.152~0.192 m时悬架系统发生混沌运动;当激励圆频率在2.4~12.8 rad/s时发生分岔现象;随着阻尼孔等效面积的增大,系统的稳定性逐渐降低,甚至发生混沌运动;当气室的初始压力在3.067×10^(6)~3.562×10^(6)Pa时悬架系统发生混沌运动;当气室的初始体积在2.179×10^(-3).543×10^(-3)m^(3)时悬架系统发生混沌运动。通过合理地选取汽车结构参数会有效地提高汽车的行驶平顺性。In order to study the nonlinear vibration characteristics of hydro pneumatic suspension system,taking a heavy vehicle as the research object,the mathematical model of 1/4 body suspension with two degrees of freedom is established,and the random road excitation simulated by Gaussian white noise is applied to the system.The system is simulated by Matlab software.The motion state of hydro pneumatic suspension system is studied based on Poincarésection,time history diagram,power spectrum diagram,phase diagram and Lyapunov exponent.The results show that when the road excitation amplitude is between 0.152 and 0.192 m,the suspension system chaotic motion occurs.Bifurcation occurs when the frequency of the excitation circle is between 2.4 and 12.8 rad/s.With the increase of the equivalent area of the damping hole,the stability of the system will gradually decrease,and even chaotic motion will occur.When the initial pressure of the air chamber is between 3.067×10^(6) and 3.562×10^(6) Pa,the suspension system moves chaotic.When the initial volume of the air chamber is between 2.179×10^(-3) and 2.543×10^(-3) m^(3),the suspension system has chaotic motion.Reasonable selection of vehicle structural parameters will effectively improve the ride comfort of the vehicle.
