基于核心论文的“双高计划”院校学术竞争力实证分析

摘　　要：基于2019年56所“双高计划”高职院校在核心期刊上所发表的论文,对比分析三档院校的科研生产力、科研影响力和科研发展力。研究表明:(1)在科研生产力方面,“双高计划”高职院校科研论文平均核心期刊发文69.30篇,前三名分别是江苏农牧科技职业学院、无锡职业技术学院、深圳职业技术学院。(2)在科研影响力方面,“双高计划”高职院校平均高被引论文数为3.61篇,其中浙江金融职业学院高被引论文数最多,为19篇,其次是重庆工业职业技术学院和常州机电职业技术学院,均为10篇;从h指数看,浙江金融职业学院和北京财贸职业学院并列榜首,h指数为6;从A指数看,黄河水利职业技术学院位居第一,A指数为7。(3)在科研发展力方面,论文活跃作者数排名前三的院校是无锡职业技术学院、黄河水利职业技术学院、重庆电子工程职业学院;受基金资助论文数最多的是无锡职业技术学院,其次是重庆电子工程职业学院;在合著率方面,天津医学高等专科学校、昆明冶金高等专科学校、兰州资源环境职业技术学院合著率均为100%。Based on the articles published in the core journals of 56 “Double-High Plan” vocational colleges in2019,this article compares and analyzes the scientific research productivity,scientific research influence and scientific research development of the three schools. The research shows that:(1) In terms of scientific research productivity,the average core journals of scientific research papers of “Double High Plan” higher vocational colleges publish 69.30 papers,and the top 3 are: Jiangsu Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Vocational College,Wuxi Vocational and Technical College,Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College;(2) In terms of scientific research influence,the average number of highly cited papers in “Double High Program” vocational colleges is 3.61,of which Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics has the most highly cited papers at 19,followed by Chongqing Industrial Vocational Technology The college and Changzhou Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College both have 10 papers;from the h-index,Zhejiang Finance College and Beijing Finance and Trade Vocational College are tied for the first place,with an h-index of 6;from the A-index,the Yellow River Water Conservancy Vocational and Technical College ranks first,A The index is 7;(3) In terms of scientific research development ability,the top three institutions with more authors than the number of authors are Wuxi Vocational and Technical College,Yellow River Water Conservancy Vocational and Technical College,and Chongqing Electronic Engineering Vocational College;the most funded papers are Wuxi Vocational and Technical College,followed by Chongqing Electronic Engineering Vocational College;in terms of co-authorship rates,the co-authorship rates of Tianjin Medical College,Kunming Metallurgical College,and Lanzhou Resources and Environment Vocational and Technical College are all 100%.
