摘 要:制备了4种TiO_(2)抑菌片,用于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌实验评价。运用BET、XRD、IR和SEM等进行表征,并对最小抑菌浓度和最低灭菌浓度进行测定。实验结果表明:不同方法制备的纳米TiO_(2)抑菌片体现出不同的抑菌活性,水热合成法制备的样品2的抑菌活性最高,抑菌圈直径保持在20 mm可持续稳定24 h,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度和最低灭菌浓度分别约为50 mg/L和70 mg/L,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度和最低灭菌浓度分别约为50 mg/L和70 mg/L。同时发现,样品的抑菌活性与内部晶型的差异、表面官能团的种类及数量及微观形貌有关。本研究可为高效TiO_(2)抑菌片的制备提供参考。Four kinds of TiO_(2) antibacterial tablets were successfully prepared for the antibacterial experimental evaluation of Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus aureus.BET,XRD,IR and SEM were used for characterization,and the minimal inhibitory concentration and minimum sterilization concentration were determined.The experimental results show that nano-TiO_(2) prepared by different methods reflects different antibacterial activities.Sample 2 prepared by hydrothermal synthesis has the best antibacterial activity,and stably keeps the antibacterial coil diameter at 20 mm for 24 h.The values of the minimal inhibitory concentration and the minimum sterlization concentration of Escherichia coli are about 50 mg/L and 70 mg/L,respectively.The values of the minimal inhibitory concentration and the minimum fertilization concentration of Staphylococcus aureus are also about 50 mg/L and 70 mg/L,respectively.It is found by characterization that the antibacterial activity of the sample is related to the differences in the internal crystal form,the type and quantity of surface functional groups,as well as micromorphology,providing a positive guide for the preparation of highly-efficient TiO_(2) antibacterial tablets.
