摘 要:目的编制医学生网络学习动机量表,并对其进行信效度检验。方法2021年7月6至14日,采用专题小组讨论法确定医学生网络学习动机量表。通过整群抽样与分层抽样的方式选取哈尔滨医科大学和佳木斯大学1082名在读医学生,进行一般情况问卷、医学生网络学习动机量表调查。对医学生网络学习动机量表的信度和效度进行分析。结果医学生网络学习动机量表包含外界影响、职业发展、摆脱常规、社会服务、能力追求和求知兴趣6个维度,27个条目。验证性因子分析表明,χ^(2)和自由度之比(χ^(2)/DF)为4.99,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.06,拟合优度指数(GFI)为0.90、比较拟合优质指数(CFI)为0.95、规范拟合指数(NFI)为0.93、增值拟合指数(IFI)为0.95、非标准拟合指数(TLI)为0.94,量表的克朗巴赫系数是0.95。结论医学生网络学习动机量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量医学生网络学习动机的可靠工具。Objective The online learning motivation scale for medical students was developed and its reliability and validity were tested.Methods From June 6 to 14,2021,a panel discussion method was used to determine the scale of the medical students'motivation for online learning scale.A total of 1082 medical students enrolled in Harbin Medical University and Jiamusi University were selected by whole-group sampling and stratified sampling to conduct the general situation questionnaire and the medical students'motivation for online learning scale.The reliability and validity of the medical students'online learning motivation scale were analyzed.Results The online learning motivation scale for medical students contains 6 dimensions of external influence,career development,freedom from routine,social service,competence pursuit,and interest in knowledge,with 27 entries.Validation factor analysis showed that the ratio ofχ^(2)and degrees of freedom(χ^(2)/DF)was 4.99,the root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)was 0.06,the goodness of fit index(GFI)was 0.90,the comparative fit quality index(CFI)was 0.95,the normative fit index(NFI)was 0.93,value-added fit index(IFI)was 0.95,non-standard fit index(TLI)was 0.94,and the cronbach coefficient of the scale was 0.95.Conclusions The online learning motivation scale for medical students has good reliability and validity and can be used as a reliable instrument to measure medical students'online learning motivation.
