n_(1)组速度最快。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of subcutaneous tension⁃reducing suture combined with epidermal bio⁃logical adhesive on scar of chin hypertension wound. Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,patients with jaw cleft injuries admitted to the emergency department were collectedanddivided into 3 groups.N_(1) general suture method group;N_(2) precision stratified suture group;N_(3) subcutaneous tension⁃reducing suture epidermal biological adhesivegroup. The patients gender/age/wound condition, treatment time and so on were collected. At the time of injury and 3 months and 6 months after injury, scar condition was evaluated by SCAR scale. At the same time, the wound treatment speed was evaluated. Results:The SCAR scores of N_(2) and N_(3) groups at 3 and 6 months were lower than those of N_(1) group, and the SCAR scores of N_(3) group were the lowest, that of N_(1) was the fastest wound surface treatment. Conclusion:Subcuta⁃neous tension⁃reducing suture combined with epidermal biological adhesive is better than ordinary suture in reducing scar formation of high⁃tension wound, and is better than precise stratified suture in treatment speed.
